 The Orleans RPEC (Republican Parish Executive Committee) is the Official arm of the GOP in the parish. The RPEC is elected by Republican voters in Orleans Parish every four years coinciding with the Louisiana Presidential Primary. Fourteen positions are elected from each council district excluding both At-Large seats. Our goal is to organize and grow Republican voters and elect Republican Candidates to office. We are active in every election cycle to help Republican Candidates. We deploy our digital and “on the ground” grassroots efforts as well as funded media and text messaging activities.
